The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of all category marketing programs and initiatives in the Americas region. Our ideal candidate will elevate the Clarks brand image throughout the region, across channels and consumer touchpoints. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive key initiatives across the business. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing.
Core Responsibilities:
• Help to develop and execute omni-channel marketing strategy.
• Assist in activation of marketing plans - specifically in asset creation and delivery, as well as informatino gathering, organization and delivery.
• Asisst in planning of marketing events.
• Assist in go to market planning and activities for key brand stories and initiatives.
• Assist in the evaluation and optimization of marketing programs.
• Contribute to the programs that build the brand and engage consumers in a meaningful way.
• Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders in Group Marketing, Regional Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Ecommerce and Creative. These relationships are a key component of driving program viability and omni-channel success.
• Strong understanding of the consumer mindset, the digital environment and competitor landscape.
• Extremely well organized with the keen sense to adapt to and develop process that drives clairty and results internally and externally.
• Assist in budget management - including invoice processing.
Essential Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing and or business management
• Working knowledge of marketing creative process
• Understanding of the wholesale/retail marketplace (preferable within footware or apparel)
• Understanding of consumer behavior
• Innovative thinker who is excited to bring new ideas and ways of working into the business
• Knowledge of analyzing basic expenses versus budget and marketing program results to provide input and recommendations for improvement
• Must be able to travel domestically 10%-15% (some nights and weekend travel)
• Desire for professional growth and development
Successful Experience:
• 1+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Clearly demonstrated ability to organize time and projects, delivering on-time, on-budget deliverables and/or projects
• Proven project manager who thrives on working in a fast-paced, multi-deliverable environment
• People person who is comfortable being the "Face Of' the Clarks brand internally and externally
• Ability to manage up and across in a tiered global organization
• Microsoft Office - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong proactive communication skills
• Highly developed organizational skills
• Customer first approach
