The Coordinator, Marketing Programs & Offers will be focused on supporting integrated and omnichannel marketing programs which reinforce Holt Renfrew’s unique point of view with a focus on driving traffic and influencing customer behaviour to drive greater share of wallet.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Execute and oversee the ongoing project maintenance of integrated and omnichannel marketing programs (inclusive of briefing internal creative, legal counsel, and marketing teams; preparation for ongoing cross-functional meetings; developing offer directives in partnership with Finance, Visual and Store Operations and communication through marketing calendars and tracking documents). Programs include, but are not limited to:
◦ Seasonal campaigns
◦ Inventory markdown promotions
◦ Promotional gift card and reactionary events
◦ Targeted acquisition/retention offers
◦ New store openings/renovations
• Assist in the development of critical paths, attend regular stakeholder meetings and develop program launch briefs for all related projects and programs
• Partner with the Manager to develop meaningful offers targeting customers based on various segments; help identify measures of success
• Assist with optimizing marketing spend through careful and ongoing budget management
• Identify and recommend opportunities for the improvement of processes and performance
• Participate in the updating and distribution of Marketing Programs & Offers internal program materials and policies
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of post-university work experience
• Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
• Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
