Visual Merchandising Executive (Temporary) – Multi-Brand (Bobbi Brown/ Jo Malone London/ Origins/ Glamglow and Darphin)
Position Summary:
The Corporate Visual Merchandising Executive is to review, support & design VM priorities, workflow & management of the brands. Have clear planning, production to execution of VM planogram for Gondola & Back walls, Lightboxes, Promotions/HPP/SPP & local production. Plan & review the Brand standards & launch guidelines for all TR APAC locations. Partners with TR marketing to deliver the work across an FY to meet business objectives. Enables in a new store planning to help multifunctional team to understand the site/shopper differences that can better drive brand equity for the Emerging brands.This role will report directly to the regional SDVM Director.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Support & drive quality for the Multi-Brand VM & equity for TR APAC.
• Ensure quality reviews & guidelines to deliver on VM design work.
• Leverage & partner with VM team network across for other brands.
Deliverables:
1. VM Collateral Guidelines (VMCG) for launches
i. Establish regional display guidelines
ii. Review global launch with marketing & adapt for APAC TR
iii. Displays for renewal/new counter opening for APAC TR
iv. To develop sets/gifts display for various locations
2. VM Planograms – skincare and fragrance bars & Backwall
i. Drive reviews and updates for regional approval usage
ii. Planogram for launches
iii. Establish new launch format for template
iv. Communicating & managing VM design approvals in renewal/new counters
3. Lightbox planning, vetting & supplier implementation across, for launches
i. Acquire from New York and review lightbox guidelines
ii. Work with vendor to crop, dimension and review prior to installation
iii. Lead color proofing quality output with supplier
iv. Review and approve translations/lockups for lightboxes for all locations
v. Ensure implementation is completed with field Merchandisers on the right color quality
4. TR Promotions for various standard sites across
i. Develops with team unique requirements for launches/promos
ii. Briefing to suppliers to ensure executions are properly briefed
5. Local Production for new launches & counter installations.
i. Establish requirements through planning & ordering with marketing
ii. Track status of orders & ensure timely delivery to installations for new doors
iii. Provide estimates costs of VM display for renewal/new stores budgeting
