Primary Purpose: Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Production Manager, the Creative Production Coordinator, Coach Europe, will collaborate with the European visual team and Corporate Global Environments team in New York to execute all display elements for Coach Europe’s retail, outlet and wholesale locations. Projects will include, but are not limited to light box campaign rollouts, in store signage, events, marketing projects, hoarding and in store prop orders. You will be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will interact with cross-functional partners to ensure that Coach’s global environment standards are continuously elevated.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...
• Support the Senior Creative Production Manager to execute all 2D and 3D creative production requirements and installations for Coach Europe locations upon receiving strategic direction from the NY creative production team.
• Maintain and update all administrative processes (store database, vendor address book, distribution lists for graphics/light boxes.
• Support the Senior Creative Production Manager with the quarterly graphic campaign roll outs for light boxes, across all business units upon receiving direction from NY.
• Order and project manage signage packs for new store openings and ensure all locations have correct signage.
• Track shipments and orders placed to ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as first point of contact for all 2D / print based production needs.
• Manage translation requests for signage, working within budget and coordinating with vendors.
• Arrange the transport, tracking, inventory and storage of VM props and mannequins.
• Support with the logistics of all VM prop shipments from the NY hub to local distribution center / stores.
• Manually raise purchase orders to track YTD spend and process invoices for payment.
• Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure all necessary VM expenditure is being accrued correctly month to month.
• Assist with the movement and storage of all VM props as well as maintaining inventory.
• Travel to stores, where necessary, to support store openings and support store staff with training on prop usage etc.
• Work with retail operations to identify and feedback on repairs required within windows & display areas.
• Act as direct point of contact for EMEA account partners to support on signage and seasonal graphic rollouts.
• Initiate and manage hoarding process for new store openings and construction.
• Manage window decal rollouts to support seasonal and marketing initiatives across all channels.
The accomplished individual will possess...
• Ideally a degree in a creative or fashion related subject with a minimum of 3 years VM / display / production experience
• Fluency in Mandarin or a European language would be advantageous.
• Ability to interface with corporate partners and outside vendors with strong communication skills and able to maintain good vendor relationship.
• Demonstrates strong initiatives, ownership and accountability for projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working at all levels
• Ability to work strategically and react quickly, with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within short timelines.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite as well as being a confident Mac user.
