Director of Digital & Loyalty Marketing – Beall’s/Burkes Outlet
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM and Loyalty Marketing: Responsible for the design, implementation and continued development of the Burkes and Bealls Outlet CRM and Loyalty programs.
• Define and build a best-in-class loyalty program. Implement a program that will reach, inspire, acquire, develop and retain customers and drive brand advocacy.
• Manage, develop and grow our consumer database. Ensure data integrity.
• Segmentation and targeting: Develop segmentation models to improve ROI and overall response effectiveness.
Marketing: Leads the development of effective channel strategies. Oversee omni-channel and cross-device consumer shopping behaviors.
• Manage online and traditional media buying, advertising and marketing.
• Oversee new store and market development. Champion change and innovation for new markets, new methods and new media that can accomplish our goals.
• Brand stewardship: Ensure all communications reflect the Burkes and Bealls Outlet brand voice.
Digital:Develop and manage the strategy roadmap for Paid Search, SEO optimization, Display, Email, and Affiliates.
• Partner with Site Merchants to manage online content and relevant communication to customer segments.
• Brand stewardship: Ensure Digital Marketing strategy aligns with Brand standards.
General: Ensure budgets and timetables are built and managed to deliver maximum ROI.
• Provide monthly and quarterly recaps to executive team of progress on designated KPIs and tracking to goals.
• Hire, train, lead and develop the Marketing team.
• Identify, negotiate and manage vendors to ensure service levels and budgets are adhered.
• Partner with IT, e-Commerce, merchandising and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution across all marketing campaigns and tactics.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA in Marketing
• At least 10 years building, managing and growing CRM and Loyalty Marketing program(s).
• Retail marketing experience overseeing multi-channel programs and campaigns across all media: radio, TV, out-of-home, print, online, mobile, social, etc.
• At least 8 years in digital marketing experience with hands-on expertise managing Paid Search, SEO, Display, Affiliate, and Social campaigns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in P&L Management as well as expense and business forecasting.
• Deep experience in market research and consumer behavior.
