Your Role
Fossil Brand is looking for an eCommerce Merchandising Intern to join our team. We are seeking entry level candidates who work well in a team environment and have a passion for merchandising. Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Understand cross functional team’s roles & how ecommerce merchants play a part in the process
• Learn, understand and take part in the product lifecycle within ecommerce:
• Getting the product on the site, analyzing how the product performs, reacting to performance in-season.
• Reporting – Learn, understand, & complete reporting with Adobe Analytics
• Learn basics of ecommerce systems
• Partner with eCommerce Merchants for product activation, sorting site categories as assigned and assisting with markdowns
As an intern, you will work alongside your team on a variety of projects. Your experience as an intern at Fossil is both educational and fun, while keeping you connected with your mentor, manager, and fellow interns. You will gain exposure to company leaders through roundtables, your final project showcase, and other company functions.
All intern positions are at Fossil’s headquarters based in Richardson, Texas. Applicants need to be willing to relocate during the course of the internship and provide their own transportation and accommodations to complete a 40 hour work week. This is a paid internship.

Required Skills and Experience:
• Rising Senior or graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Fashion Merchandising or relevant major
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Software skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel highly preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Refined presentation skills
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment while handling multiple projects
• Retail experience preferred
• Familiarity with Retail Math
