GENERAL SUMMARY
Leading the GTM process, in Apparel&Accessories, for the retail, wholesale, partnership and distributors channels. Identifying new business opportunities and effective exit strategies for replenishment across Europe. Providing management reporting and strategic proposals for investment to drive growth and maximize profitability.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Strong knowledge of Outerwear & Sweaters categories to implement focused GTM process
• Ensure product range meets market needs, Long Term Strategy and growth plans
• Lead Line planning process, Pricing strategy, Proto review and Line Close selection for key product categories
• Be the EMEA reference for the Global Design and Product team (based in London)
• Build seasonal product and line briefs
• Use key market trends and customer insight to provide seasonal initiatives and product positioning
• Deliver revenue goals and introduce new product families to help drive this
• Lead regular market visits and meet with key customers
• Lead Merchandising Presentations and product sessionsduring GTM and at Sales Meetings
• Lead the segmentation and differentiation approach within the EMEA marketplace
• Lead the A&A strategy for the EMEA market
• Plan and drive the seasonal assortment strategy to impact seasonal retail planning
• Key financial reporting and product reviews

QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree or equivalent
• 10 years + experience in branded merchandise/development, retail buying or product design/development experience
• Experience in Lifestyle Brand or a large European Retailer
• Strong communication& presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial flair and understanding of the European fashion market
• Experience in forecasting, statistical modeling, and/or strategic planning helpful
