As North America Supply Chain PPM Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of North America Supply Chain’s multi year integrated Fulfillment strategic plan. The role requires a highly recognized senior management professional with broad business, technology and supply chain program delivery.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Align with Global SC PMO to establish and maintain best practices and standardized frameworks, tools and operational processes related to project management, collaboration, knowledge management, resource planning, vendor management, and dashboards.
• Establish credibility with a team of seasoned Supply chain and Technology veterans to foster collaboration, strategic alignment and integrated planning and execution across functions
• Operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Align and prioritize portfolio execution
• Demonstrate critical thinking capabilities in Executive Leadership facing situations
• Exhibit a self-directed and proactive working style in which opportunities are identified and addressed prior to leadership direction
• Manage a team, coach and mentor to achieve assigned milestones & deliverables; guide through their professional development opportunities
• Build relationships with key partners that provide flexible and appropriate contingent Project Management Support

Qualifications
To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
• 8-10 years Supply Chain Program delivery
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, including technical/functional and executive stakeholders
• Program management expertise with an emphasis on resource, scope management, cost, and quality management
• Ability to define, implement, maintain, and communicate program management strategies, procedures, processes and methodologies to enable the program/project teams to deliver against defined goals and scope on time and on budget
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate needs and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to facilitate discussions on complex topics to drive clarity and understanding among a diverse set of stakeholders
• Experience leading a Program Management Office including project, financial and transition managers
• A high tolerance for ambiguity and demonstrated ability to achieve results in a hyper-dynamic environment
• Expertise in standard Program Management Methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills
• Full command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Project Server, and Microsoft SharePoint
• Experience driving risk/issue management strategies and processes
• Capacity to anticipate, comprehend and communicate cross program dependencies with other major initiatives across the enterprise
• Demonstrated philosophy of continuous improvement
