This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join ASOS as a Culture Marketing Manager. You will work closely with the team to manage and deliver all culture marketing activity across the ASOS brand. With the support of the team, you will facilitate innovative collaborations between influential artists and talent, events, festivals, collectives leading a new approach to culture marketing at ASOS.
What you’ll be doing…
• Developing strong relationships with key external partners and managing the ongoing collaboration between them and the brand
• Working closely with various teams across ASOS to respond to briefs. With the support of the team you will be required to manage these activations at every step of the process from identification, to engagement, to management and then reporting success
• Proactively research, identify and engage with on brand talent, collectives, events etc.
• Assist with the organization and roll out of regular events
• Working with and managing external agency relationships
• Measuring the success of campaigns and reporting back the results
• Managing and developing your teams skills
We’d love to meet someone with…
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Existing networks within relevant cultural spaces
• Previous event management experience
• Previous experience of liaising with talent and managing talent led campaigns
• Process driven
• Knowledge of ASA guidelines and sponsorship disclosures / media law experience

What hours will I work?
9.00am – 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
9.00am – 5.00pm (Friday)
