Responsibilities
• Manage the coordination and organization of all meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements/trip itineraries
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as memo writing, filing, copying, phone correspondence
• Process vendor invoices and expense reports for SVP, Head of Stores and SVP Ecommerce
• Manage phones/messages, responding to basic requests for information, and update calendar on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for SVP, Head of Stores and SVP Ecommerce
• Create excel spreadsheets, presentation materials, meeting agendas
• Organize monthly store visits
• Assist in planning retail events
• Assist the Retail team with various projects and assignments as needed
• Attend meetings and take notes, as needed
• Participate in Ad hoc projects within ecommerce
• Assist in digital quality assurance testing
• Support digital ad campaign management and tracking
Skills and Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years administrative support experience in a creative/dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with key executives in a professional manner
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent time management/project skills with ability to set priorities
Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
A familiarity with Club Monaco style
Demonstrated initiative, creativity and resourcefulness in problem solving
Strong Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
