Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Develop, implement, track and optimize adidas digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for selected Accounts in accordance with global and WE guidelines and the local strategic plan in order to:
• guarantee the visibility of company’s key concepts on customers’ websites
• achieve business and marketing objectives for the different categories, thus increasing the sell-out
• reach out the adidas consumer aiming at exciting, engaging and converting intention to buy into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, in the Wholesale Channel, the Digital Activation plan
• Contribute to Account Marketing Plans for key wholesales accounts in country; support presentation for /with Sales Teams;
• Use social media monitoring tools to report on metrics while continually finding ways to improve engagement/conversion through testing and new initiatives
• Be the expert on current and upcoming social and digital channels
• Partner with Newsroom, Brand Communication and eCommerce Manager against Seasonal Campaigns calendar, coordinating campaigns and product-focused messaging
• Partner with adidas Community Brand Manager to leverage the adidas community into conversion through partner eCommerce sites
• Partner with retailers proactively on SEM, SEO, and metadata strategies as they relate to adidas products
• Budget responsability
• Assist in gathering feedback on performance of concepts and on toolbox readiness
• Create specific digital plans/strategies for select retail accounts
• Develop and promote timely adidas creative and content for retailer portals
Relevant KPIs include :
• Business Metrics: Net Sales, Market Share, Sell-Through, Traffic, ROS,
• Brand strength: QCS and profile
• MWB management (efficiency, amplify, RFC, )
• Execution excellence for kEy-Retailers
• CRM (Followers, Engagement rates, Number Adresses, ..)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience in brand marketing and/or sales (preferably in wholesale and in the sporting goods industry)
Project management experience
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Good negotiation skills/ relationship building
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
3+ years' experience leading digital marketing and social initiatives to create consumer engagement and demand
Expert level skill and strategic ability around the digital and social media landscape
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in digital photography/video editing, Photoshop, and Adobe CS a plus
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Detail-oriented and organized
Understanding of endemic/network digital media and email marketing tactics
Knowledge of legal protocol around social contests and ability to partner with company legal team on such details
Deadline and budget-oriented
