Rodale Inc., the world’s leading independent health and fitness publisher, is seeking a driven, confident, and enthusiastic person to join the audience development team. As the Audience Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating key audience development partnerships for Rodale’s stable of renown consumer health and lifestyle brands, including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World, and Prevention. This role will report to the Audience Engagement Manager and is based in our New York office.
Responsibilities include:
• Pitching content to syndication partners on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Working closely with editors on each brand to optimize content partnerships for maximum traffic growth, delivering on commitments to all external partners
• Coordinating weekly social swaps on behalf of all Rodale brands
• Identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities with the help of the Audience Engagement Manager
• Evaluating the success of current partnerships with different reporting tools, including Google Analytics
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience that includes 1 year of partnerships experience
• Experience with Google Analytics or comparable web analytics platform
• Familiarity with Sprinklr or comparable third-party social publishing and reporting tool
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized in a busy environment
