Position Title: Finance Manager – Marketing & Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
Position Reports To: Finance Director
Location: Home Office - New Albany, OH
Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Finance Manager of Marketing & DTC to join its internal financial reporting team. This individual will play an integral role in the Company’s growth strategies, including responsibility for developing analytics to measure key performance metrics, partnering cross-functionally to implement strategic initiatives, and managing the marketing and DTC budgets. This individual will have direct exposure to finance, marketing and DTC leadership. Natural career progression through other accounting and finance roles within the finance team is possible after proven success in the role.
Responsibilities:
• Drive achievement of Marketing & DTC strategic priorities through data-driven analysis and ROI optimization by tactic, channel and geography
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute strategic plans in support of the company’s long range growth targets
• Utilize analytical skills to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities
• Effectively communicate financial results and strategic plans to leadership team
• Prepare and consolidate monthly projections and semi-annual budgets, supported by key performance indicators and variance analyses to understand business drivers
• Review and approve journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations to support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Review and prioritize capital investment portfolio to support key strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business/analytical major
• 7 – 10 years of Finance experience
• Experience with multi-national, public companies strongly preferred
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business partners in a non-hierarchical business environment
• Self starter with excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative approach to problem solving with a humble, team-oriented and optimistic attitude
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel & Hyperion skills
