A&F Leadership Development Program - Business Analyst Internship
The industry leading Leadership Development Program Internships at the A&F Home Office offer the top college juniors from around the country the opportunity to make an impact on the company’s performance by driving a piece of a multi-billion dollar business. Our interns go through a 10-week program that uses a combination of training by the retail industry’s leaders and on-the-job experience to learn and practice the skills necessary to run their business. A&F internship programs provide students immediate ownership, exposure to senior level management and a dedicated mentor to support and guide throughout the duration of the summer.
Business Analysts are the strategic drivers of A&F's product teams. As key partners to the design and merchandising teams, Business Analysts drive the business by planning future product and assortment buys, establishing promotional cadences and strategically distributing product by channel across the world. These associates support our domestic and international businesses and are also key team members in driving our ecommerce business. Business analysts support two strategic areas of our business: Merchandise Planning and Inventory Management.
Our Business Analysts must be multi-faceted with core strengths including the ability to be highly analytical, the desire to be entrepreneurial, an attention to detail, and an assertive point-of-view to add opinions and new ideas to the team.
