Global Digital Marketing Manager – TOM FORD BEAUTY
POSITION SUMMARY: The overall responsibility of the Tom Ford Beauty Global Digital Marketing Manager is to support the planning and execution of consumer-facing digital programs that drive growth in consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as drive innovation through elevating and integrating digital consumer programs across touch points.
This position leads the cross-functional team’s digital execution strategy, while measuring success in terms of business drivers and customer experience value. Projects will cut across digital technology, e-commerce, online marketing, mobile, content development, events & operational efficiency.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Identify and support key pilot opportunities that drive digital marketing engagement, brand awareness and conversion.
• Develop set of KPI’s and benchmarks to measure digital program effectiveness. Understand and report on key performance metrics across pilots through collaboration with key cross- functional teams.
• Partner with regions on program data collection and report results and best practices globally.
• In collaboration with marketing leadership, regions, corporate business partners, technology partners, and other stakeholders, develop & maintain digital technology road maps, project schedules and status documents.
• Drive excellence in execution by aligning key stakeholders and ensuring project deliverables are executed on time and on budget
• Develop new programs/content to grow business and excite customers
• Optimize and grow existing digital channels and identify, evaluate and recommend new ones
• Perform competitive analysis, industry research and the assessment of best practices - particularly as it relates to new digital platforms and technology.
• Ensure succesful operationalization of asset management tools for digital
• Manage multiple, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery.
• Present large amounts of data and disparate pieces of information in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership
• Track budget, vendor invoices, schedules and allocate cross-functional or agency resources across respective projects to ensure projects are completed within planned parameters
• Work with regional leads and cross-functional departments to QA marketing programs and websites to ensure brand is merchandised and presented in line with equity standards, all product data/images are accurate, tags are implemented correctly and functionality is in line with scope

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital marketing and technology projects
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, specifically CMS platforms, databases, asset management tools, e-commerce platforms and Google Analytics
• Experience with Web/Mobile Usability, User Experience, and QA testing
• Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and the ability to work with data efficiently and effectively; strong analytics skills.
• Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with a range of people spanning from senior leadership, to creative and technical teams
• Impeccable attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and change direction quickly
• Highly organized and results-oriented with positive, committed, problem-solving attitude.
• Superior project management skills with a keen eye for design (aesthetically and user-friendly speaking) and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written, oral, and presentation-based communications skills
• Demonstrated budget management and technical acumen with an understanding of technology solutions and potential tradeoffs; ability to communicate technical concepts to team
• “Early adopter” of digital trends, and a passion for digital operations.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
• Experience with digital retail and international channels (i.e. WeChat) a plus
