Purpose:
Burberry is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist the delivery of creative work across landing pages and social media channels for our global and regional campaigns. The ideal candidate will be provided the unique opportunity to develop their knowledge of the fashion sector through exposure across our business.
Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role for a Project Coordinator capable of handling multiple projects concurrently; particularly one who is passionate about campaign work for social and digital media.
You will work with a talented and dedicated team of creatives and project managers in an environment with a great culture. The work is fast paced and challenging with scope for learning new skills.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
• Be a key member of the Digital team and manage projects from inception through to delivery
• Work closely with marketing, digital commerce and visual merchandising teams to plan, execute and deliver monthly updates to Burberry.com
• Work with copy and translation team to deliver the Burberry.com for relevant global audiences
• Work closely with social marketing team to execute and deliver monthly updates to our Social platforms
• Prepare timings plans, schedule briefings and review meetings with key stakeholders, manage and resource the time of designers
• Assess risks and communicate status to stakeholders and delivery teams
• Run daily meetings with the delivery teams
• Create great work that meets business objectives
Experience/Skills:
• Strong ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
• Great communication skills - both verbally and written
• Drive and enthusiasm for quick turn-around digital projects - with a good eye for detail.
• Ability to deeply understand both the Burberry brand and the Media landscape.
• Can work fairly autonomously.
• Your CV should demonstrate that you have worked at agencies, or client side for 2+ years managing a number of projects.
• A familiarity and appreciation of the strengths and weaknesses of a range of technologies is useful
