Job DescriptionThe Creative & Visual Merchandising Senior Manager is in charge of the development of the VM strategies for all managed spaces across EMEA (DTC, Partner Stores, Wholesale POS). In coordination with the Retail team, the Property team, the Sales team, the Merchandising team and with all the Marketing department, the Creative & Visual Merchandising Senior Manager develops the EMEA VM standards as well as develop local relevant strategies providing guidelines and seasonal implementation plans to the brand stores. In addition is responsible for the creativity in store and for the shopping experience provided to Napapijri consumers.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Collaborate and support the Marketing team on global creative asset creation including seasonal brand photoshoots in alignment with Brand Epic and Creative Vision
• Lead in store consumer experience and visual merchandising philosophy and strategy for all channels globally including full-price, outlet, partners and wholesale
• Create and implement systems and processes by which visual merchandising standards are rolled out and adhered to, across all channels globally
• Responsible for defining and driving the overall store experience for all channel locations worldwide, including store design, visual merchandising, creative development of all in-store graphics and window displays and store development – all aspects of the physical environment - from concept to completion
• Manage and develop staff located in multiple locations including field VMs to ensure strategic planning and execution of key VM strategies globally
• Lead the evolution of our store design
• Transform concept shop and showroom design to align and amplify brand identity
• Accountability for store creative and visual budget: monitor and report budget on a monthly basis and be prepared to identify spent, committed and planned status at all time
• Develops and monitors VM specific KPIs that measure the success of VM activities due to zoning, hot spots areas and windows
• Education: University degree, preferably in marketing/business
• Experience: 7/10 years of Visual Merchandising experience, with direct involvement also in the creative process
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage an international team across different countries
• Commercial driven execution of VM concepts. Strong creative mindset
• Understand sales KPIs and how to influence those through VM and creative strategy
• Computer literate. Knowledge of graphics software will be a plus
• Language skills: Excellent English language skills, oral and written. Italian, French, Spanish or German knowledge will be considered a plus
