Title: Intern-Admin (eCommerce Content Management)

Job:Content Management 12-month Intern
Ensure brand’s image on eCommerce aligns with its DNA and objectives through accurate, meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience and drive sales.
• Define and oversee the internal process and content pipeline. Work closely with partners from each brand to ensure the right content is being developed for eCommerce and being delivered to external partners compliant with timelines.
• Drive content development, corrections, and enhancement to completion by coordinating with project managers, brand managers, designers, account managers and other merchandisers.
• Effectively track, report, and communicate project status across multiple levels of the organization.
• Analyze performance of content and scan the market for best practices, always seeking ways to improve.
• Advocate for and evangelize the abilities and opportunities available on eCommerce within L’Oreal, helping marketing to better capitalize on habits and knowledge of the eCommerce consumer.
• Work with multiple vendors/contractors to ensure images and services provided by them are accurate and timely while also providing them with product and information to ensure they have what they need to get the job done.
Necessary Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline
• Excellent documentation skills and workflow management
• Proficiency with Excel
• Attention to detail and copyediting skills
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Enthusiasm and drive to learn and develop at L’Oreal
Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in an online marketing/merchandising field or creating customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant and tailored to an online audience
• Familiarity managing outside vendors
• Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects with multiple contributors to strict deadlines
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop
• Experience managing large amounts of data & A/B or multivariate testing
• Proficiency with analytics tools and reporting
