Primary Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the upkeep and management of our data feeds that are used to power our marketplace channels, including but not limited to, Amazon/eBay/Walmart. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and requires exceptional attention to detail, ability to work across departments, and excellent analytical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain our feed management platform, via ChannelAdvisor, focusing in on data integrity
• Create logic-based business rules that will transform data for product syndication
• Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of listing product on our marketplace partners sites (Amazon/eBay/Walmart)
• Work closely with tech and merchandising departments to ensure data quality is being passed through successfully
• Track and measure performance of marketplace channels using several reporting platforms
• Prepare reports as necessary ranging from ROI, customers analysis, inventory turnover
• Work alongside Marketing Coordinator to help execute on promotions on marketplaces
• Other duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, programming or related field required
• 1-3 years of related Feed Management experience with preference working in ChannelAdvisor
• Experience working with Analytics tools (Google Analytics and/or Adobe Omniture)
• Knowledge of basic SQL preferred if lacking experience using ChannelAdvisor
• Knowledge of selling on Amazon and/or eBay preferred
• Excellent internal and external communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sports Fan
