Job Summary
Global Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, deployment and overall project success of application solutions for Supply Chain functionality which includes Supply Planning and Execution, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Order to Cash Management,B2B application, managing the team for development in an onsite-offshore delivery model. Collaborate with business partners globally and other Technology groups to define business, functional and technical requirements, recommend enhancements to current business practices to effectively integrate business processes within the ERP and other 3rd party software environments. The Supply Chain Systems Manager is also responsible for staff member’s development and annual reviews.
Essential Responsibilities
Effectively lead all aspects of Supply Chain projects including prioritization, planning, management and execution of all project phases including design, development, support and deployment. Develop project documentation, including project initiation documentation, project plan, resource plan and status reporting.
Ensure that the business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business. Work with Supply Planning, Sales and Customer Service leadership to prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance projects
Integrate the business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities (current and future) into vision and direction for all Supply Chain initiatives
Ensure that all products support the appropriate business processes and have the appropriate support and maintenance processes in place. Manage Global Support SLAs with onsite and offshore model
Support Supply Chain and Customer Service collaborating with BI in the development of KPIs, system reports to manage and measure the business performance
Influence other functional areas of the business to achieve business objectives. Facilitates meetings to resolve issues/problems with a "win/win" result.
Manage and develop staff
Requirements/Qualifications
SAP AFS SD and MM (AFS master data concepts , Planning and Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, ATP or Re-Scheduling and Allocation Run), Interfaces and Exchanges (5+ yrs)
Experience with integrating logistics processes with 3rd parties (5+ yrs)
Experience in Supply Chain process design for Wholesale, Ecommerce and Retail channels (5+ yrs)
Any B2B systems experience (3-5 yrs)
Global sourcing and procurement processes experience, particularly with Asia-Pacific and/or Europe (3-5 yrs)
Excellent PC skills with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management) (5+ yrs)
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in establishing working relationships with all levels of Management & Financial executives globally, Project Team members, Super Users, and End-users (3-5 yrs)
Project Management (5+ yrs)
Education/Experience
Global Supply Chain business experience (Preferred)
Fashion or retail experience (Required)
Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications. An advanced degree is also preferred (Required)
Experience in managing SAP Implementation projects and production support (Required)
