Kellogg’s Deploy for Growth Strategy states an ambitious goal for organic growth and continued margin expansion, with winning through occasion and building world class brands as an integral underpinning. A key element of this strategy is the development of a new global licensing strategy and full business plan. The Sr. Director of Global Licensing at Kellogg’s will be a key architect for this new strategy and incremental revenue stream for Kellogg Company.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• A Greenfield Opportunity - Kellogg’s is expanding its licensing program. Lead with us, and develop a full strategy & go to market plan for global licensing extending beyond merchandise such as food whilst ensuring strategy is consistent with brand equities and brand safety, driving profitable revenues along with deep consumer experiences, and engagements. Lead a small Kellogg’s licensing team and prepare to grow the team in years to come.
• Partner with our Global Brands - As the Sr. Director of Licensing, you will coordinate the strategy with key critical stakeholders and Kellogg’s brand marketing to develop a full go to market plan. Create a center of excellence for global licensing, supporting the application of standardized processes / tools, as well as knowledge sharing and best practice applications. Understanding of risk management, audit and testing as well as the brand team approvals and the importance of the brand equities.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• BA/BS/BBA degree in Marketing or related field
• Extensive related experience in Licensing, in a Leadership commercial role
• Proven experience in business casing & management of P&L
• Experience starting a brand or company’s Licensing Program and developing the success of the program
• Experience working at a Food company in a Licensing role
• Experience partnering with Brand Marketing Teams to strategically enhance, protect and expand brands
• Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation and leadership skills
Bonus Points:
• Advanced Degree (Masters)
• Global Licensing program development experience is strongly preferred
