POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Sr. Director, Marketing with support from the Vice President, Sales and Marketing will help to set the vision and direction of the North America region’s marketing strategy. This role manages all aspects of marketing for North America including Brand Management, Member Communications, Event Branding, Apparel, Recognition, Member Technology and the development of Business Support Tools.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Develop and implement NAM marketing strategy, including brand, marketing communications, Member business tools, training and communications
• Plan and execute regional communication strategy, advancing latest technology and best practice to best reach targeted Members with high impact content
• Work with corporate Member Technology group and Member/Distributor leadership to prioritize and implement tools and technology which best contribute to Member success
• Responsible for the region’s content strategy and channel management to ensure we reach target audience with relevant and impactful material
• Localize global apparel strategy to best meet the needs of NAM Members and company business and brand objectives
• Responsible for collecting engaging content, specifically Member testimonials, following a clear process to ensure that all images, videos and testimonials follow legal and brand guidelines
• Promote and communicate the Herbalife brand through event brand activities and help drive awareness, attendance and value of NAM events through effective event marketing plans
• Collaborate with Members and the Sales team to develop valuable training and business tools which support Members with retail success and key DMO's
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
• 10—12 years’ experience in brand, retail and/or trade marketing
• Proven experience leveraging technology in supporting marketing activities
• Demonstrated ability leading creative functions and managing marketing function in medium to large consumer focused company
• Experience developing promotions that drive sales results
• Experience developing and managing social media campaigns
• Experience with digital CRM’s (such as Salesforce)
• Identifying and managing sponsorships and strategic relationships
Education:
• Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
• Experience working in the Direct Selling/Multi-level marketing industry
• Experience in Salesforce technology or similar
