Job Description

What you'll do:
As a Food Service (Away from Home) Director you will lead assigned Key Customers at a world-class level ensuring strong PepsiCo (Food and Beverage) & Customer business growth while developing entry barriers for the competition. Be responsible for Full Account management (F&B) creating annual customer AOP / SBP, setting volume & revenue targets (aligned with the Region). You will support Global / local teams on business review, Top to Top meetings & joint Business planning.
You will also work across multiple teams (Foods + Beverages), cross functional groups and Assigned Key Customers, expanding PepsiCo’s full product portfolio presence across current business and new categories across all Latin America markets (38).
You will be responsible to set Account milestones to ensure Agreement renewals based on contract expirations and pursue new business opportunities ensuring appropriate product mix is in place (Foods & Beverages)
Roles & Responsibilities May Include:
• Develop annual customer AOP / SBP, setting volume and revenue targets; alignment on Marketing solutions for all Assigned accounts; based on industry/market insights that deliver customer key objectives and contribute to our region profit plan.
• Leverage leadership skills to ensure Total system alignment into Account Plans, executing quarterly PEP Regional forecasting models (F&B).
• Ensure proper Wiring plans (at all levels) are established identifying Key Influencers & contributors
• Responsible to handle assigned account contracts across the Region for YUM and Marriott.
• Ensure Regional, Local Insights and best practices are presented / shared with assigned Customers to support Customers business growth.
• Lead & support contract renewals (F&B) strengthening PepsiCo position as key strategic partner by maintaining strong presence in key regional marketing events and joint planning sessions.
• Ensure Strong PepsiCo (BT) Brand marketing campaigns and programs are executed in Key Markets leveraging Local contract benefits.
• Execute & track joint promotional initiatives, measuring business impact & sharing results to capitalize lift and shift opportunities within the region.
• Develop winning relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Local teams (F&B) in addition to key account corporate teams and their Franchisees.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Region (F&B) to support Customers agenda and maximize all business opportunities via PepsiCo portfolio (BT).Lead & collaborate with regional finance teams to analyze current customer agreements while developing new competitive business proposals (according to country parameters) securing the account renewals while maintaining positive P&L.
• Leverage PepsiCo (F&B) industry / Channel insights to provide added value programs while securing dissemination of the information via Local / regional Workshops ensuring Insights are being leveraged for the Local Marketing & Promotional programs.
• Conduct Quarterly Customer business reviews with assigned customers sharing business performance, Post audit promotional activities, business issues and recommendations and share future PepsiCo (F&B) marketing activities future joint marketing programs.
• Share with assigned customers Best practices from other Regions / Countries to support business challenges
• Based on Consumer insights & Market trends propose Innovation strategy per customer and provide direction to Innovation Mgr for the development of new products.
Qualifications/Requirements
What you'll bring:
• Senior Executive Level with 5- 10 years of Food Service experience
• Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong background on Leading Direct distribution, third party Bottlers & distributors as well as global customers; ie: Wal-Mart, 7 Eleven, QSR Players etc.
• Shown strong negotiation skills at Top Account level across Multinational / Multi country / multi category (F&B) customers
• Shown AOP / SBP customer planning and achievements
Skills:
• Comprehensive analytical skills to fast understand business issues / situations to develop effective business alternatives.
• Team leadership skills to influence Customers / Bottlers & local teams into plans & programs
• Best Practice transferring expertise
• Confirmed ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to top-level executives BU GMs, CFO’s, etc.
