We’re seeking a Director, Retail Product Portfolio Head – Global Money Transfer (GMT), based in our Denver, Colorado office (global headquarters). In this role, you will operate within the Money Transfer Product Management group responsible for the retail money transfer products along with many other products within our Fortune 500 company. This role manages KEY relationships with Global Money Transfer leaders across 5 regions and 18 sub-regions.

• Has a large cross functional responsibility seeking alignment with all areas in the organization that help develop/maintain products including Technology, Strategy/Product/Marketing/Communications, Compliance, Settlements, Finance, etc.
• Lead key transformation projects from GMT Product
• Sets product governance policy which is pivotal in the ever-changing regulatory environment.
• Develop and publish “Galactic” roadmaps spanning all regions and functional units aligned to product strategy. Be able to think strategically on possible issues and solutions.
• Establish product metrics which are aligned with CEO and Executive metrics and follow through with monitoring standards.
• What you will need to succeed:
• 12+ years of experience in similar roles with demonstrated experience in defining and shaping products
• 4+ years leading a product management function for a Fortune 500 company
• History of outstanding leadership with developed upper and lower management skills
• Proven experience managing the product life cycle from beginning to end
• Demonstrated ability to take your vision and act as a conduit to influence employees and teams
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, highly-structured, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication, with proficiency in software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint
What will make you stand out:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in the financial services product development; MBA/Masters preferred
• Prior PMO experience within a Fortune 500 company
• Proven decisive leadership skills focused on action and execution
• Fluency in more than one language (English required)
