Overview
The Ecommerce Accounts Director role will have specific sales, distribution, product development, promotional programing and trade responsibility for specified on-line accounts. Direct accounts will include Walmart.com, Jet.com, Peapod and other emerging accounts. He/she will be accountable for development of the multi-year collaborative plan with the account that aligns to the ecom strategy as well as manage the day to day operations. The Ecommerce Accounts Manager will contribute significantly toward the attainment of the Companies volume and profitability goals.
**Position is remotely based, open to locations**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Account Strategy and Planning
• Collaborative Business Planning including distribution expansion, marketing initiatives, innovation pipeline, establish of joint metrics
• Adaptation of ecommerce strategy into account plans
• Alignment of pillar objectives and goals into execution plans for the account
Manage On-Going Operations of Accounts
• Supply Chain Ops & Demand Planning and Forecasting
• Monthly business tracking and metric stewardship
• Execution of monthly marketing and distribution plans
• Internal cross-functional representation with pillars, supply chain, etc.
• Manage the monthly and annual financials
Account relationship and partnership development
• Establish joint goals and objectives that meet the needs of the customer objectives
• Steward progress through a monthly, quarterly and annual cadence
• Build daily and senior relationships within the account
• Bring innovation to meet the mutual objectives of the account
Biz Dev New Accounts
• Develop online partnerships and distribution with new accounts (to be identified) that are new to Hain
Qualifications
• 7-10 years of related experience in customer management and/or ecommerce and digital
• Bachelor's degree required
• Customer Management Experience -- Understands how to manage and lead a customer with a customer centric approach
• Strong executional skills and ability to manage both the set up and running of key capabilities
• Analytical skills -- ability to develop fact based analysis to inform business decisions
• Ability to think long and short term at the same time -- run the business but keep focused on the long term agenda
• Ecommerce Acumen -- Has either direct ecommerce experience or is able to demonstrate understanding of technology and consumer shopping online
• Ability to travel or relocate as needed to other company office and customer meetings.
