Position Summary:
This position is responsible for contract management including financial analysis and controlling for new business development initiatives (internal strategic development, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic partnerships) and tracking of results. This position demands a mix of strategic and transactional capabilities, with a firm understanding of risk management as it applies to contract management. The position is critical in supporting growth opportunities from strategic business development initiatives and provides business and financial analysis, financial, audit, and strategic planning process consultation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Leads the financial analysis for business development initiative and strategic partnerships. Manage multiple “deal projects” including contract reviews, audits, and supports contract negotiations, project deliverables, deadlines, and expectations of various stakeholders.
• Participate in the review of pricing discussions, communicate with senior management regarding timelines and deliverables, and serve as the primary contact during contract negotiations.
• Implementation and maintenance of contracts policies and procedures, including ensuring adequate processes are in place to ensure compliance.
• Oversee proposal activities, such as proposal preparation and submittal, contracting strategy and risk mitigation, teaming strategies and approvals.
• Provide strategic financial analysis support on business development opportunities with business partners.
• Develop and refine financial models in support of business development opportunities. Build valuation models, P&L’s, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
• Provide financial counsel, guidance, and interpretation during all stages of the contract lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of contracting and legal developments affecting the company, its clients, and industry.
• Work cross-functionally with relevant parties and stakeholders such as Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Senior Management, and Business Unit Leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Finance/Accounting degree, CPA preferred.
• Proven 8-10 years of working experience in a dynamic and fast-changing multinational corporation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple, complex tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Good time - management skill to meet the tight schedule and deadline.
• Motivated and proactive.
• Teamwork attitude and be flexible and work under pressure.
• 5 years detailed contract review and accounting and business impact assessment.
• Self-starter with proven ability to drive business activity independently and raise relevant issues as needed products.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA or Chartered Accountant designation Preferred.
• Professional certification such as CFCM or CPCM Preferred.
• 5 years in Consumer Electronics or Consumer Products.
