Job Purpose
Lead a dedicated IT group that implements and maintains infrastructure and applications that support the business needs of the IOC, as well as all aspects of the operation, and the infrastructure required for Flight and Pilot technologies.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Provides the vision and strategic direction for developing IT solutions in support of the business priorities of the Integrated Operations Center (IOC)
• Leads the operational support for maintaining Flight Operations System (FOS) reliability and availability
• Responsible for the architecture, development, and support of Flight Planning, Dispatch, Crew, Flight following, and the decision support tools for the IOC
• Provides shared service functions that support IT operations, infrastructure, architecture, data, notifications and business analytics to the Flight Attendant, Pilot, IOC, and Safety, Security & Environmental (SS&E) application teams
• Works with Mainline and Regional teams for decision support technologies
• Drives organizational structure, process, and cultural improvements that result in rapid delivery and consistent execution of IT solutions

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field
• Extensive technology infrastructure experience – architecture, design, build, and support
• Experienced in automated software management tools
• Manage and direct software, hardware, and telecommunication providers, using Agile and DevOps practices to enhance operational efficiencies and to accelerate delivery
• Proven delivery skills and the ability to deliver major system implementations on time and within budget
• Proven ability to build and facilitate relationships at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
• Excellent understanding of end-user needs, leading technologies and applications
• Action oriented results-driven leader with a natural aptitude for engaging employees in multiple workgroups
