Purpose of role
The Enterprise Architect works with business and IT stakeholders to define a future-state vision in terms of requirements, principles and models. The EA also works to effectively position the organization to deliver its future-state vision, by coordinating the analysis of required changes in business functions and processes, information and technology capabilities, and solutions. The EA aligns IT investments with business strategies, while reducing risk and delivering higher-quality and adaptive solutions.
Main Responsibilities
Serves as a key Strategy partner for the Finance, HR IT, MBS Teams. Drives the SAP S4 HANA Roadmap for the enterprise, leads key strategies in the areas of RPA, AI, ServiceNow and other emerging areas.
• Drives global, enterprise level implementation of HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) and Finance strategies, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP and non-SAP technologies in these areas.
• Key consultant to senior leadership and Solution Architects on IT architecture and long term systems strategies.
• Makes decisions on key technology purchases to align IT investments with business strategies, while reducing risk and delivering adaptive solutions (focus on Digital).
• Leads technology products evaluation processes and Architecture Review Board governance for project solutions.
• Defines future state vision and creates roadmaps, including technology lifecycle management.
• Critical member of the COE’s leadership team. Proven ability to lead and influence senior leadership including C-Suite. Exude a high level of business presence.
• Leads, builds and implements global enterprise-wide reusable patterns, practices.
• Owns the reference architectures and overall enterprise architectural blueprint.
• Able to train and educate by setting the example, giving appropriate instruction and providing leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree is preferred. SAP Expertise Required. 20% travel needed.
•Serves as an expert for the Finance and HR IT functions in technologies such as SAP FICO, SAP HR, SAP S4 Finance HANA, other HCM technologies such as Workday etc. This role also requires and EA to be able to lead in areas such as ServiceNow, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) etc. and serve as a key technology partner to the MBS BPO organziation.
•10 or more years of experience in at least two IT disciplines with a focus on Enterprise Architecture (such as technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations) in a multitier environment. 4+ years experience in overall SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, deploy) or similar.
• Able to undersatnd and drive new technology strategies as needed by Mdlz.
