The Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC), our beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in North America is seeking a Director of Chilled Beverages on our Kroger team, a critical role in growing our business for one of our largest customers.

What’s Your Role?
As the Director of Chilled Beverages on the Kroger customer team you will play a significant role in growing the topline business for one of our largest customers. In addition to having responsibility for $105 million in net revenue, you will be responsible for leading the pricing, promotions, P&L, and marketing plans for the Tropicana, Naked Juice, Kevita, and Quaker on the go portfolios. You'll be wired to three Kroger Category Manager(s) who have responsibility of Refrigerated Juices, Produce, and Natural segments along with key Customer contacts in Space Assortment and the Blue Ash warehouse distribution Buyers.
What Will Make You Succeed:
• Exceed annual net revenue plan ($105MM), profit and Grow Share
• Build best-in-class Customer relationships through category solutions, simplifying the work, excellent communication, detailed follow up
• Offer new and creative solutions based on shopper insights data and fact based analysis
• Effectively lead P&L through Volume, Rate, and Mix management
• Own Customer relationship across multiple functions at General Office
• Handle communication and work flow to North American Nutrition (NAN) Field Sales Team
• Develop persuasive and insights based selling presentations anchored upon consumer, shopper, category and competitive insights. Ensure plans are aligned with Kroger's strategic and tactical imperatives
• Lead the development, selling and execution of Kroger's Joint Business Plan to deliver accelerated growth, market share growth and brand specific strategic initiatives
• Communicate customer plans to appropriate cross functional support teams in a concise and timely manner to improve execution and sales potential (Retail, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service Teams)
• Effectively run all areas of business responsibilities, including but not limited to, weekly forecasting, customer financial services accounting, monthly period reviews, customer service opportunities, Sales, Business Unit and Retail communications
• Develop, selling and execute Brand Shopper Marketing programs
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 7 years sales experience
• Consumer Product Goods Account Sales Management experience with large complex customer required
• Willing and able to travel 15% of the time
• Location: Mason, OH in close proximity to Cincinnati, OH
• Authorized to work in the United States
