Position Overview:Manages the most complex projects; defines project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations; takes ownership of the successful implementation of the projects; manages the work of project managers; selects and manages ongoing relationships with external contractors; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems. Individual contributor and acknowledged expert within and outside of the organization; typically participates in industry/knowledge reference groups; involves mastery of a specialized discipline and thorough understanding of a number of disciplines.
Function Specific Activities:
Duties:
• Project Contour SAP program will go through a transition period until the final location is working in the new environment for 2+ years where the old and new SAP environments must work side by side effectively. Due to the significant complexities of working side by side in the old and the new environment, this new role has been created to review all business processes across all program workstreams.
• The role will direct the work to analyze each business process step, identify in which environment it will take place, what interfaces to external systems would be utilized, identify potential issues, and drive the work with the bigger program team on solutions, and identify potential training needs for the associates that will go through the transition and develop training content with the help of the change management team.
• The role will lead a group of teams to work on separate process areas and will direct the coordination among teams and solution architecture team of the program. The role will also take the lead on harmonizing the solution with each of the workstream leads so that there is a clear picture of step by step evolution of the process changes from day 1 to the end. The role will then lead the work on the training content with the help of the change management team.
• The role will identify issues with the interim period processes and systems used, drive the solution with the SAP and PWC teams, identify roles that would be impacted, and establish trainings for these individuals and coordinate the efforts with all workstreams, to understand their detailed business processes, change impact and deployment timing to effectively outline the concern areas and solutions to maintain operational activities
• Due to the significant importance of the Supply Chain process and potential implications of having to live through two systems over multiple years, the major focus area of the role will be Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:

• Change Management Plan and execution in close coordination with the operations
• Close work with IT on the future solution system architecture
• Workstream Team leadership and people management, with cross-functional, cross-partner team
