Global CRM Operations Director

You will help lead the business in our digital transformation by: (1) facilitating the rapid, regional roll-out of the CRM Global Success Model; (2) refreshing the CRM Global Success Model based on key learnings/best practices from the frontline, and (3) strengthening the organization’s overall CRM capabilities.
This role reports to the Global Director, Consumer Connections, and is based in Parsippany, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Facilitate the Rapid, Regional Roll-Out of the CRM Global Success Model
• Develop, execute and optimize data-driven, omni-touch point CRM strategies to drive strongest possible engagement, sales & loyalty. Operationalize success models that will help drive RB Health transformation into a truly customer-centricity company.
• Manage Jump leads and locally embedded CRM operator(s) to support frontline performance optimization and coordination with global systems and practices.
• Set and manage the operational cadence of CRM jump teams to drive continuous improvement of key practices around self-enrollment, engagement, conversion and advocacy.
• Drive CRM delivery reporting to management team and key stakeholders.
(2) Refresh Global Success Models
• Review across Jump leads quarterly to “scan and scale” best practices, and identify optimization priorities.
• Coordinate the implementation of an aggressive pipeline of fit-for-purpose MVPs that push the region’s ability to deliver the CRM Global Success Model across value proposition, enrollment sources, enrollment conversion optimization, and “If/Then” test and learn.
(3) Strengthen Global RB eCRM Capabilities:
• Support regional development and delivery of eCRM plans and activities.
• Drive 3-year plan to improve prioritized capabilities throughout RB Health.
• Manage Global Community of frontline leaders, including upskilling frontline talent.
Professional Experience
• Familiar with a wide range of database marketing, customer segmentation and targeting solutions, loyalty program development, and identifying ideal partnerships to help drive new acquisition.
• Experience running global operations and building global success models.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in eCRM and related operations, with 2+ years global or regional strategic marketing experience, including experience managing a global team across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and strategies, including extensive experience implementing CRM marketing principles, processes, best practices, and techniques. Experience in ecomm a plus.
• Knowledge of segmentation and targeting strategies across the paid and known universes.
• Extensive knowledge of the evolving state of the CRM Marketing Technology Stack.
• Extensive experience with cutting-edge technologies to improve CRM capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Harmony, Adobe Suite, Oracle Eloqua, and Marketo).

• Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

• Strong planning/organization skills required for handling multiple priorities and meeting tight timelines.
• Ability to work creatively within a limited budget and to “think like a start-up.”
• Ability to work effectively across a large global organization and multiple cultures.
• Demonstrated comfort with owning multiple agendas concurrently (e.g., leading global CRM strategy while also participating in new business development). This is known as “double hatting” at RB, and is practiced by all employees, including the CEO.
