Operations Director - Philips Healthcare Transformation Services
You have the opportunity to
Lead the Global operations organization reporting to the Global Healthcare Transformation Business Lead, and provide direct operations management.
You are responsible for
• Establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments to subordinates
• Identify objectives and key metrics and service levels, and review with HTS leadership
• Work with HTS Management to review PBS capabilities and determine leverage points of methodology and deliverables
• Develop, modify and execute company policies that affect operations
• Drive continuous improvement of compliant operations processes
• Review the implementation of Financial Force and SalesForce and determine improvement opportunities
• Review use of legal and regulatory service to HTS and determine effectiveness and adherence to corporate standards
• Review statements of work and pricing models, cost models for proposals, and work with financial controller to continually improve process
• Review and develop plan for improving use of staff capacity for HTS consistent with service level requirements for sales, proposal and presentations, delivery, project management and quality review
• Sponsor and drive the continued use and continuous improvement of the HTS Knowledge Management System
• Develop and Manage the Training and Development curriculum for HTS staff
• Developing and maintaining relevant supply chain solutions and relationships
• Creation of monthly reports as needed including the Monthly Performance Review
• Provide input to the Strategic Plan of Record (SpoR) and Business Market Collaboration (BMC) Processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• A degree in a business field, (i.e. management, finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
• 15+ years of experience in management consulting and healthcare provider operations.
• 8+ years staff management, including building teams, performance feedback, competency and career development, communication of objectives, team engagement, and leadership.
• Ability to influence and collaborate both within the client organization and Philips’ complex global organization.
• Deep experience in assessing healthcare provider strategy and operations and leading the implementation technology and business process improvements.
• Demonstrated track record of team leadership, client relationship management, and business development.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills
