Director, ACUVUE® Consumer Experience
Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director, ACUVUE® Consumer Experience, located in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Director, ACUVUE® Consumer Experience, will be responsible for growing the contact lens category and the ACUVUE® brand in the US market with responsibility for all communication touch points with US contact lens consumers. The role consists of leading and managing a Consumer Marketing team, developing a consumer marketing strategy and business plan, and working closely with Global and US ACUVUE® sub-brand teams, US Customer Sales and Shopper Marketing teams to design and execute an annual calendar of consumer marketing initiatives. In addition, this role oversees our digital products (such as Acuvue.com) that play a critical role in the recruitment, retention and engagement of our customers.
Direct reports will include a Senior Brand Manager and Brand Managers responsible for Digital Marketing, CRM, Consumer Promotions and Partnerships. This team will support US ACUVUE® sub-brand teams and function as a support service to ensure all ACUVUE® consumer marketing objectives are achieved in an efficient, consistent, coordinated fashion.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Managing direct report(s), including but not limited to recruiting, writing and implementing robust development plans, coaching and managing employee performance throughout the year
• Developing and measuring performance with KPI indicators across all initiatives
• Reporting results to senior management and all relevant stakeholders across the organization
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business is required. MBA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience or its equivalent with a strong track record of business results, organizational leadership and people leadership is required
• Minimum of five (5) years of digital marketing experience is required
• Experience in working with DMP, Salesforce.com tools, content journeys and Audience building is a strong asset.
• Strong track record of marketing leadership success developing and executing business plans, identifying and implementing new business opportunities, measuring and delivering results
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization
This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida and will require up to 20% domestic travel.
