We’re seeking a Director, Product Marketing, based in our San Francisco, California office. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics for new product lines. The Director, Product Marketing develops and executes a marketing, branding, and promotional program to stimulate demand for a product or particular line of key products.

• Helps understand customer needs and market trends to appropriately position the product for success
• Studies and analyzes market trends and competitors; identify market verticals fit for selling
• Prioritizes market requirements for product delivery teams
• Creates sales presentations and related product marketing collateral for use by the sales team and enterprise customers
• Works with the pricing team to create ROI models for the customer
• Eventually leads and mentors a small team
What you will need to succeed:
• 5 to 10 years of product marketing and/or product management experience in the enterprise software domain
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Possess sound knowledge of the product life cycle
• Strong track record of making sales teams successful and a mastery of the product life cycle process
• Proven ability to build simple ROI models
• Must be entrepreneurial minded and self-driven
• Possess effective communication skills – both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate ambiguity and succeed in a fast paced, changing environment
What will make you stand out:
• MBA preferred
• Experience working with partners including big banks, supporting the sales life cycle including educating prospects about the product, doing demos, understanding and explaining integration related topics
• Consumer financial services exposure
• Management experience
