Associate Director, Global Pringles Innovation

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading Pringles’ – you’ll use your strategic growth ambitions through innovation & geographic expansion, setting innovation strategy & architecture as well as brand guardrails; influencing and shaping the global innovation pipeline, calendar and capital investment decisions behind the brand
• Global Innovation Strategy – accomplished by identifying the brand role within the category; forces & trends that will shape category growth and strategic choices based on right to win to realize value growth & share ambition and by helping drive global innovation priorities across regions
• Global Brand Stewardship - supply chain will need your expertise by helping prioritize and guide capital investment decisions that enable geographic expansion; product & packaging innovation within salty as well as brand stretch beyond salty
• Inspire and Influence - oversee regional marketing leads and external agency partners & suppliers through an ambitious innovation agenda and aligned forward looking food story & guardrails
• Emerging Markets - you'll be doing this through insight based distinctive & ownable propositions that make Pringles more accessible while maintaining its premium proposition
• Pringles as the Future - having food & packaging that are right for the times and in line with consumer; regulatory & environmental trends
• Effective Agency Relationships -building new partnerships and business models and effectively managing brand resources to maximize value delivered back to the regions & business. Delivering key performance milestones and monitor agency performance upon agreed goals and deliverables
• Leading through Thought-Leadership - strengthen and enhance current global platforms or future initiatives, and effectively champion and communicate to the global teams and regional leaders; leveraging analytics, trend reports, talented partners etc.
• Facilitation - you'll share & implement re-application of innovation programs by establishing global ‘best practices’
• Influencing - gaining senior alignment on all strategies and initiatives
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Extensive years of brand/ innovation/ consulting experience
• Strong leadership skills with experience in a supervisory role
• Proven collaboration skills with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed set up & at all levels of the organization
Bonus Points:
• Masters (MBA) or post grad degree
• Experience that includes proven success across multiple brand
• Experience in the CPG industry
• Global experience
• Diverse cross category experience, previous roles on client, brand consultancies & innovation agencies sides
