Description
• To plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the delivery of HR programs for the organization.
• Creates and leads a multi-dimensional Cross-OpCo diversity and inclusion strategy with a clear link to strategic business priorities and success.
• Engage executive leadership and key OpCo stakeholders.
• Formulates and implements the organization's HR strategies through the collective efforts of the HR organization.
• Provides consulting services to senior management on a variety of HR issues.
• Provides cost/benefit analysis of HR programs and works with finance, legal and other support areas to ensure effective implementation of programs.
Director Responsibilities/Competencies Include:
Employee Relations Duties:
• Provides advice and counsel to employees and management regarding personnel policies and practices.
• Leads an organization that applies policy consistently, fairly and in compliance with legal regulations.
• Supports technology implementation as it relates to employee relations policy/program changes.
• Maximize employee feedback by delivering overview, results and organizational insight to officer teams as well as supporting employee feedback and planning sessions
• Work closely with Legal to provide investigative and resolution guidance/support to ensure all employee relations cases are thoroughly and timely investigated, reviewed/closed according to established standards and time frames
• Ensure timely, accurate and consistent administration of all ER programs, policies and processes.
• Update policies/programs to align with changing governmental laws and regulations
• Support cross operating company moves and acquisition integrations
• Support organizational realignments for business
• Foster a sustainably healthy, high-performing organization by purposefully focusing on and incorporating LPSP in the organization’s culture
Lead Diversity Duties:
• Leads the Diversity & Inclusion executive steering committee, thought leadership, and direction.
• Leads, advances and maintains a best in class diversity and inclusion culture.
• Develops, implements and monitors programs to create and foster an open and inclusive environment.
• Supports leadership development through diversity and inclusion education, advocacy and reporting.
• Collaborates with leadership of other strategic priorities and key initiatives to reinforce a cohesive culture message.
• Collaborates with other organizations to develop and implement a diverse talent acquisition strategy and/or approach to identify and acquire the best/brightest diverse talent.
• Leads and cultivates a Living PSP culture by embedding QDM, Diversity & Inclusion and Growth & Learning into the foundation of team, HR and the organization.

Domicile / Relocation Information:
• This position will be located in Collierville, Tennessee. Relocation assistance is available.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
• Significant related experience including demonstrable successful management in one or more of the following HR areas: diversity and inclusion, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training, HR research/development.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage diversified HR functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills a must, as well as, strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting and leadership skills.
