Job Description
As the Supply Chain Talent & Performance Manager, you will report into the VP, Talent & Learning, and partner closely with the Global Supply Chain HR Business Partners to develop strategy for world-class talent and performance solutions that build leader capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and improve team and individual performance to help drive business results. You will also spearhead the change management, adoption oversight and measurement of the executed programs and plans.
Responsibilities
• Partner with Supply Chain business leaders in the development of talent and performance programs that align with the company’s strategy and organizational culture and values.
• Based on business priorities, design and develop innovative and highly effective talent management programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness of Supply Chain talent.
• Partner and consult with Supply Chain business leaders to create best-in-practice solutions in performance management.
• Understand local, regional and global priorities for talent and performance based on Supply Chain business needs, make recommendations for changes or sharing of best practices.
• Help work toward a ready-now talent pipeline within supply chain through talent and performance programs.
• Provide insight, leadership and influence on all phases of talent management including recruitment, selection, performance management, employee development and succession management for Supply Chain organization.
• Lead talent projects from assessments through design and implementation with partnership from global HR Professionals.
• Develop communication and marketing methods to connect unwired employees and supply chain leaders with education programs and resources for their development.
• As applicable based on business priorities, assess development needs, perform gap analysis and design and oversee programs that build management and leadership skills and capabilities across the supply chain organization.
• Maintain working knowledge around the latest training techniques and methodologies.
• Develop and design curriculum, courses, and training delivery methodologies within the Supply Chain organization.
• Provide individual/group training, seminars, and Web-based training.
• Create and implement methods to make results measurable.
• Support any other requests or activities deemed necessary by leadership.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated successful experience of the design and execution of talent and performance solutions that drive measurable organizational performance within Supply Chain (manufacturing) environments.
• 7+ years of experience developing training in Supply Chain, to include global experience.
• Knowledge in the areas of talent strategy and related components, competency models and their practical application, talent assessment and development, innovative working styles and performance program design and implementation in Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in diagnosing organization capability requirements and translating these into practical applications.
• Experience in designing and delivering in multiple delivery methodologies, including computer-based, Web-based, and distance learning.
• Strong background in providing reporting and analytics around training effectiveness and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with extensive experience creating presentations
• Strong interpersonal, organization, business communication and time management skills
• High level of initiative and ability to structure ambiguity
• Strong project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines
• Experience developing and motivating a global team, as well as leading through organizational change. Must have change management leadership capabilities.
• BS/BA required, Advanced/Masters preferred
