Director, Fender Consumer Electronics

The Director, Fender Consumer Electronics is responsible for the Product Line Strategy of the company’s Consumer Electronics line (Bluetooth Speakers, Earphones, and more)- including the 3 year product road map, pricing, global growth strategies, and divisional P&L responsibility.
About the Job:
• Responsible for the 3 year roll out plan of Consumer Electronics under the Fender awning.
• Owner of strategic vision for products in category
• Full P & L responsibly
• Pricing strategy
• Competitive Analysis and identification of opportunities.
• Sku Rationalization and Optimization
What you Need:
• 7+ years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
• Deep musical knowledge and subject matter Expertise of Consumer Electronics category.
• Experience managing full P & L in a product category
• Track record managing several reports
• Ability to stay on top of trends in a fast moving industry.
• Background in MI manufacturing or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Must be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with department and other functional divisions. Must be able to collaborate with multiple business owners and external partners
• International experience
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field or the equivalent prior work experience preferred
