HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Applying Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies to develop or improve processes and standardize approaches to increase Global Procurement’s Sourcing and Operations as a competitive advantage and value-added partnership
• Championing the development, management and delivery of training programs aimed at increasing the skills and capability of the global procurement team
• Creating and driving implementation of a Global Procurement Technology roadmap that integrates and supports continuous improvement of processes, standard work, capability building, and overall efficiency and effectiveness of Global Procurement Sourcing and Operations.
• Ensuring compliance with the Kellogg Strategic Sourcing 2.0 process
• Leading, managing, coaching, guiding, and developing talent globally
• Serving as a thought leader and key member of the Global Procurement Leadership Team
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related technical field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated application of lean skills
• Substantial procurement, supply chain, and continuous improvement experience
• Strong analytical capabilities and project management experience
• People management, team leadership and success in developing talent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
Bonus Points:
• Six sigma certified
• Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated global/international management success

Travel for this role is approximately 20%.
Please note: The ideal location is Battle Creek, MI but another location may be considered for the right individual
