Customer Development Director I -Small Store
Overview:
The Customer Development Director - Small Store will develop strategic direction for the CCBCC Customer Management Small store accounts that delivers financial and market share goals, as well as both KO and CCBCC strategic initiatives. They will plan and continuously evaluate Small store business objectives and drive efficiency acting as a thought leader for our Company. In addition, they will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create increased demand for our products with innovative solutions that drive value and increased margin $'s. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, driving positive, collaborative relationships at a senior level with our Small store chain customers, with the ultimate goal of creating opportunities that drive revenue and gross margin; Influencing the system by developing relationships with the bottler community, Customer Core Teams, CCNA, PRGM and the customer; and establishing cross functional relationships within internal CCBCC Departments including PRGM, MUVP’s Sales Operations, Marketing Accounting, Demand Planning, Distribution and other Customer Management Senior Directors and Teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic direction with the customer and CCBCC that delivers financial and market share goals, as well as both KO and CCBCC strategic initiatives
• Create a roadmap with the customer that delivers success and alignment ultimately achieving Profit, Margin, Sales and Share goals
• Work with CCBCC Leadership and the KO system where customers cross territories to build long-term value and mutually beneficial results, creating System alignment to create value with our customers
• Influence other KO Bottlers to drive synergies where geographies/strategies cross
• Sell in New Items launches and ensure the right products are implemented within the right accounts
• Develop, train, support and communicate with Field operations to ensure first in class execution
• Deliver 95% speed to market by selling/distribution/execution of new items/programs
• Develop and deliver productive Chain Marketing Agreements, gaining agreement of CCR, Mainstream Bottlers and Customer
• Collaborate with PRGM to drive Revenue and increased margin $'s
• Track execution and ensure new product launches are 100% executed utilizing Margin Minder, SFA and RED surveys
• Drive positive, collaborative relationships at a senior level as well as colleagues with Large Store customers, ultimately creating opportunities that drive revenue and DNGP
• Create positive and frequent interaction with all other internal departments impacted by your customers
• Conduct all actions relative to CCBCC's Purpose Statement
Requirements:
• 5 years Customer Management/Marketing/Operations experience preferred
