General Description
Responsible for supporting SEA Mobile Sales teams at the executive level to internal stakeholders and executive management. This is a key leadership role in shaping, orchestrating, and communicating sales objectives, strategy and execution within Mobile sales organization of the United States. This role will direct the execution of sales, marketing, product and portfolio definition, delivery and customer satisfaction for Mobile Carrier Sales in the US. This position is responsible for developing and executing business rhythm, including sales strategy, governance of Key Performance Indictors (KPI), and driving cross functional support throughout the organization on a determined path to increase market share within the US Mobile industry and to ensure profitable results for the company. Manages within a nominated sub-function or related sub-functions; a highly experienced manager. Strategic decision-making focused driving sales and operational precision; geographic scope of operation tends to be at the country level. Accountable for budget and policy recommendations contributing to big-picture thinking and medium-to longer-term planning.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of SEA's mobile sales strategies, product introduction plans, schedules, and budgets. Support the develop, direct, and negotiate customer sales agreements at the corporate or business channel level on behalf of SEA for assigned products.

• Support Head of Carrier Sales on all sale reporting to peer and executive management.

• Conduct corporate client business meetings with customer leadership to pursue new profitable business opportunities and product developments and to increase market share. Provide support for ongoing communications and negotiations with existing customers to ensure satisfactory performance while identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and developing new business opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies for sales channels and identify results to be achieved within each channel of business.
• Coach others on the design and implementation of sales plans to present products to new channels and markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and business relationships which results in the achievement of increased revenue and profitability.
• Identify and direct the most effective application of SEA sales activities in cooperation with available product marketing and product development resources to achieve the sales results as identified by the company.
• Ensure that customer negotiated commitments are achieved according to plan.
• Frequently meet with factory and local import management personnel to ensure the availability of products and delivery schedules to support SEA sales opportunities. Work closely with the Mobile factory resources to ensure understanding of sales demands and product supply requirements.
• Manages staff of personnel engaged in sales, customer support, and business retention. Coordinates with SEA management support services to identify staffing requirements, to hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and initiate corrective action to ensure the most effective performance of assigned personnel in conformance with company policies and procedures. Develops and retains a high quality sales workforce. Has responsibility for the operational performance of the department. Direct the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems.

Background/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of directly related experience is required.
Significant experience and proven success in wireless terminals sales through multiple sales channels required.
Prior management experience within a Sales department required.
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and persuade required.
Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present and explain Mobile technical product and development materials.
Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of presentation software.
