The Director,Global Growth Analytics roleis a key leadership role within our Strategy, Insights and Analytics (SIA) function. You will set the vision and agenda for Advanced Analytics at Mondelēz. Partnering closely with Commercial leadership, you will be at the frontline and make significant direct contributions to our growth. Reporting to the Global Head of Strategic Insights, you will manage 3 direct reports, oversee a talented team of 9 professionals, lead a community of practice globally, and be a key player in the SIA leadership team.
Key Accountabilities:
• Help evangelize the culture into one that truly differentiates and competes on data and analytics across all spectrums;
• Create and deploy a transformative and enterprise-wide Advanced Analytics vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap across functions;
• Apply innovative thought leadership to ensure that cutting-edge capabilities in data science, visualization, and artificial intelligence are integrated into the analytics roadmap;
• Leverage existing analytics capabilities as well as continuously identify plus incubate emerging and industry-leading tools to drive scaled adoption;
• Partner with the strategy, finance, and IT teams to develop commercial performance deep dives as well as automated real-time, end-to-end, and interactive dashboards that enable intuitive data-driven decisions;
• Drive Pricing/Price Pack Architecture (PPA) Pipeline and expand usage of pricing elasticity/distortion/domain tools;
• Interact with senior leadership regarding strategy and management of marketing analytic capability and long-term company and business goals;
• Design a faster marketing analytics feedback loop to empower our business leaders to iterate with pace and conviction;
• Co-lead harmonization, standardization, and streamlined enterprise data architecture across various tools with clear focus on data governance;
• Architect and deploy next generation of interactive and immersive business intelligence and reporting capabilities, designed to deliver deeper and more impactful insights across multiple data streams to broad levels of stakeholders;
• Negotiate external strategic partnerships to increase enterprise efficiency and impact;
• Establish KPIs and enhance Nielsen omni-channel and Brand Health reporting (e.g., Tableau dashboard, power brand share change) in order to drive implications;
• Develop continually improving forecasting frameworks by identifying next-practice processes for predictive science.
Qualifications
Requirements:
• 10 or more years in progressive leadership roles in the Analytics function in the industry;
• Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience with organizations who are considered best-in-class in complex modeling, ideally coupled with consulting experience;
• Proven strategic leader as well as a visionary thinker in business intelligence, advanced analytics, and marketing platforms;
• Scaled an agile and actionable analytics environment to drive sustainable portfolio growth;
• Hands-on expertise with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire).
You need to have relevant knowledge and be educated to the highest standard:
• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred;
• Proficient in best-in-class advanced analytics practices plus new tools / approaches and can successfully deploy in a context of a complex and highly-matrixed organization;
• Knowledgeable of the global economy, market, and customer trends impacting the business; working experience beyond North America;
• Savvy in usage of the advanced analytics techniques and predictive algorithms to create growth impacts.
