• Lead and gain alignment to marketing planning including engagement, turnover & talent pipeline management
• Accountable for overall brand budget, resource allocation, and creative process from brief to launch, agency Management and monthly brand monitoring, reporting and action plan management
• Work with key global and zone stakeholders to develop synergies and efficiencies and implement global and zone best practices and initiatives
• Lead brand equity briefing and communication development and adhere to management systems methodology
• Lead department initiatives including staffing, policy development and implementation, agency structure, and overall department projects
• A University Degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of packaged goods experience
• Minimum 3-5 years brand management experience
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop plans that will drive results in the short and long term with ability to mentor, develop and coach a team to ultimate performance
• Strong influencing and communication skills – both internally and externally, with ability to develop strong relationships with impact and influence
• Well developed business acumen, financial discipline, project management and negotiation skills with strong communication & presentation skills
