Director of Business Optimization
The Director of Business Process Optimization for Niagara Bottling LLC. Identifies the current state of business processes, documents the model of the process, and facilitates stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process design. In the role, the Director of Business Process Optimization should have a vision of the big picture and long-term strategy with an understanding that enhancing process effectiveness may not be a one-time endeavor, and that meaningful change requires continuous improvement. Through leveraging emerging technologies and solutions to ensure continued desired operational and financial outcomes, they will proactively create solutions and make recommendations to drive process improvement. The Director of BPO also must have foresight to understand that a change in one process, may affect another. Expectations include flow charting, influencing the people executing the change, evaluating and designing business process and assisting with the execution of the process change.
• Document and analyze current business processes throughout the organization
• Identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement project activities
• Engage key stakeholders to re-design business process
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of process performance
• Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones and resources
• Provide detailed and concise communication of reporting needs/gaps
• Conduct interviews on participants to know how their processes work
• Educate the organization on business process improvement
• Leverage emerging technologies and systems to enhance and develop sustainable business practices
• Offer guidance to business owners with writing Standard Operating Procedures & Policies

Work Experience/KSA’s
• Required:
◦ 10+ years – Experience in business process impvrement or other related field

Education
• Minimum Required:
◦ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience
• Preferred:
◦ Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience
Certification/License:
• Required: Six Sigma Blackbelt
Foreign Language
• Required: None Required
• Preferred: Full Professional Proficiency, Spanish
