Mission
Work directly with Regional Leadership, Directors of Operations, Compass Project Management and Executive Chefs to create a strong foundation for the onsite team; to meet and exceed partner expectations, hit opening financial goals and manage opening timeline for new business acquisitions. Evolve new business objectives through strategic planning with appropriate departments.
Major Areas of Responsibility
• Lead onsite transitions of new businesses, working within and consistently evolving key project management processes
• Effectively coordinate and work with the Regional Team/Director of Operations to implement and continuously improve company Core Signatures
• Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Director of Operations onboarding. Effectively hand off and transition out of projects
• Organize, coordinate and integrate all home office resources (Curiology, E15, Design & Construction, Rank + Rally, IT, Finance) into projects
• Establish key milestones and timelines in order to hold key stakeholders accountable.
• Effectively lead and coordinate with the Regional and onsite team as needed, to achieve operational excellence with common goals
• Provide training of the tools and applications used during new business acquisitions
• Effectively support and participate in new business openings and special projects as requested
• Provide operational planning to ensure adequate products and equipment are ordered for anticipated business levels
• Ability to effectively work as a member of a team to achieve a specific goal or complete a project within constraining time limitations
Systems and Controls
Comprehensive knowledge of all disciplines within a food and beverage S&E environment
Understand and accurately use all performance management tools to provide guidance and training to team, including but not limited to:
• BOSS
• Point-of-Sale Systems
• SmartSheets
• Kronos -WFM
• Matrix
• Everest
• Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with S&E in an ADO, DO or Regional Operations position
• On-Site Project Management
• Project cost tracking
• Project schedule adherence
• Ability to plan and organize and use sound judgement
• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, etc., necessary to complete various projects
• Ability to establish and maintain diverse relationships
• Ability to work on numerous projects
• Work closely with owner’s representative, general contractors, kitchen equipment consultants and designers to ensure project is on schedule and on budget
• Document and communicate risks associated with project to leadership
• Perform on-site inspections and document progress to leadership team
• Coordination of various events in the planning, ordering and installation of food service related projects
• Coordinates the development of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, timelines and project schedules
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with others i.e. internal staff as well as customers and vendors
• Able to communicate effectively with management team, team members and guests
• Stamina to work 60 hours or more per week, possible inclusion of weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours as business dictates
• Must be flexible with schedule, including up to 50% of travel as business dictates
• Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend and perform extensive standing and walking (including stairs) throughout shift
