Sr. Engineering Director of Development
Overland Park, KS
RSA is looking for a dynamic engineering leader to lead its RSA Archer GRC business. RSA Archer is recognized by Gartner and Forrester as a perennial leader for Governance, Risk and Compliance. RSA Archer offers the depth, breadth and adaptability organizations require to manage risk in multiple domains, combined with the ecosystem and track record to deliver strategic value to its customers. RSA Archer assists organizations mature their GRC programs by providing a full suite of multi-disciplinary risk management use cases in eight critical solution areas all built on top of a single configurable, integrated platform.
As the risk landscape is continuously changing while risk velocity is increasing, predictable, high-quality execution of our product vision is critical to the RSA Archer business. The right candidate for this job builds a solid engineering culture, builds great teams, and knows how to craft multiple scrum teams towards a single goal. In addition to being a great leader, the right candidate will have a passion for risk management and where the industry is headed.
Reporting directly to the VP, Products, this job requires a technical leader who is comfortable leading a large development organization working on a large multi-component product. A strong candidate will have experience managing remote teams and integrating them into a single team.
