Job Description
• Create competitive advantage for all business functions (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, etc.) leveraging the existing shared services and defining the new company model to optimize the total company overhead.
• Develop new and maximize existing capabilities for the business functions by driving end to end process simplification and standardization, helping the company to lead, shape, and create the beer industry.
• Maximize value from end-to-end process optimization by both leveraging our existing platforms and defining new requirements for break-through technological concepts.
• Manage demand to prioritize and maximize the level of investments to build the foundation for the future and deliver the best return for the investment.
• Lead the integration efforts from a business services standpoint related to mergers and acquisitions, expansions, or divestitures in order to capture their expected value and synergies.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required and masters preferred.
• 5-7 years of solid experience managing global transformational and multi-disciplinary projects or programs.
• Proficient in process re-design and implementation, as well as assessment of emerging and mature technologies.
• Proven track record of project management on global IT implementation programs.
• Strong process improvement background, analytical skills, and good communicator with proven leadership skills (building trust and engagement, being able to act as an influencer at all levels).
• Familiar with lean and Kaizen methodologies preferred.
• Ability to create a vision based on capabilities.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
