Key Components of the Role
• Identifies broad platforms in "white space" to develop long-term innovation pipeline and strategy for broad platforms
• Recommends to VP 3 year brand innovation roadmap & leads initial cases
• Builds a high-performing team and develops junior talent across the organization
• Lead strategy and development to identify, validate and bring new breakthrough platform pipelines to market
• Develop design and positioning concepts for new products based on business analytics
• Create and lead branding development for Whitespace Innovation team’s New-To-The-World Platforms
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop new product bundles (technology, insights, supply chain, packaging, finance)
• Lead agency relationships for package design of new products
• Collaborate with business unit teams to ensure projects are fully aligned and continue to fit strategy & objectives
Minimum Qualifications
• Innovation experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree MBA preferred
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in Brand Building
• Analytically, savvy, with a high degree of comfort in dealing with complex and/or ambiguous problems
• Visionary leader with a strong track-record of delivering results
• Track record of building strong teams and developing talent
