As a Director, Client Management at Kantar Millward Brown, you’ll leverage your expertise and our best-in-class study solutions to provide business insights that matter to our clients. In this challenging role you will provide clients with the brightest creative and strategic research possible. You’ll also oversee and lead a small team through the execution of multi-million-dollar market research client initiatives for some of the largest advertisers in the region.

KEY OUTCOMES
As Director, your responsibilities will include:
• Consult with clients, design projects, write proposals, execute research, and report on results that turn strategic recommendations into growth. Deliver compelling, actionable, client focused insights
• Effectively lead team through the execution of full-scale market research studies. Provide the oversight necessary to ensure efficient management of sold projects.
• Be accountable for revenue and profit targets, with support of the VP and business development team.
• Lead an intermediate team of ambitious researchers and client facing team members. Support a positive team culture that leads by example, focuses on strong mentorship support, and is highly involved on a day-to-day basis with every team member and every project
CAPABILITIES
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• Proven ability to profitably manage $2MM+ in research studies and positively impact commercial development
• Deep experience in custom quantitative research with a focus on brand, advertising and consumer insights with ability to manage and deliver up to 10 projects at a time.
• Proven analytical expertise and storytelling experience – must be able to turn data into an insightful story.
• A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders evidenced by high customer satisfaction.
