Our client management team is seeking an energizing insights pro to lead a small, matrixed team through the execution of full-scale custom market research studies.

KEY OUTCOMES
As Director, your responsibilities will include:
• Client Management: Interacting with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction.
• Insights Delivery: Craft compelling stories, translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straight-forward way.
• Team Management: Manage 1-3 direct reports; provide advisory support on client engagement and the creation and execution of client deliverables.
• Financial Management: Monitor and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts.
CAPABILITIES
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
• 7+ years’ experience managing high volume quantitative research studies, interfacing with clients to proactively deliver agreed upon KPI's.
• Proven ability to profitably manage mulit-million $ research book of business and positively impact commercial development, including people management experience.
• Experience with advertising, advertising testing, brand health tracking and other marketing research techniques; keen ability to recognize and articulate the story.
• A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including people management experience.
• Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelors’ degree required, Masters’ Degree preferred.
